Very good product. I just moved to a new house and want to buy a waterproof table for the backyard. When I received this table, I felt that the quality was really good. The material is very thick and solid, has strong load-bearing capacity, will not deform, and is not afraid of rusting due to rain. Installation is also super easy. Its style is elegant and beautiful, which is my favorite style. Highly recommended.

This table is well made and engineered for consumer assembly. My only issue with the table is the top, part of it collects water when it rains. It would have been better if the table top design allowed water to filter through like most other outdoor tables. Using a leaf blower after a rain is my solution. This table also has a 2 umbrella pole hole and does not include a hole cover. Finally, the table is more of a bronze/brown than a brown/black as described. Otherwise, a solid cast aluminum tab

Yeah, I know you're probably not looking for a stand for your own beehive. But in case you are, this is sturdy, good height (could stand to be six inches shorter... but then it wouldn't be a very good table), assembles easily, and has adjustable feet to ensure a steady platform. If it' sturdy enough to support an 80-pound beehive, it can certainly handle a couple iced teas and a bowl of chips and salsa. And it costs $20 to $40 less than made-to-market hive stands. Win!

All the parts & hardware were lettered & numbered, the pictures were detailed and easy to follow. It says its a 2 person job but I was able to put it together myself & Im a 58 year old woman. The cabinet is sturdy, has plenty of storage space & the drop down top gives you plenty of work space. Anyone on the fence about buying this p

The shoe bench is a perfect suit for my entryway, it comes with a comfortable cushion and a small drawer. I feel the wood is high quality and could last a long time. Also, it is really easy to assemble, each piece has a stick of the number to help you to identify. It only takes me about 20 mins to assemble it. Overall, I am pretty satisfied with this purchase, it helps to organize the shoes to save space and helps me to wear the shoes with seating.
Its great and perfect size coffee table for my living room. I love it, and not too big and two levels to put stuff on it, the ivory color looks so nice and brightens up the space. My kids eat dinner on the this table and they love it too. It easy to install it. I am highly recommend this table.

So easy to put together. I did it myself in an hour. Direction are easy to follow. The fireplace insert came a few days later. I messaged company and they followed up quickly with tracking number. Fireplace is great, 2 heat settings and 3 flame settings. My family and Friends love it.

For some reason, the magnets for the doors do not line up but thats my only complaint! Using this to store dvds and its definitely sturdy enough.

I searched a while looking for a good Patio Umbrella for my son and daughter in law out in Florida. We have nothing but good things to say about Modern - Furniture and this beautiful, sturdy, well made umbrella. They had an unfortunate incident where the high winds came too quick for them to get outside to save the umbrella so it suffered some breakage, and it was not the company' fault. My children went looking to try and find one near their home but the prices were too high and the umbrellas

Update 10/12/21- So sad! We had a big rainstorm overnight and the cloth ripped and one of the inner legs and a support at the top bent and broke. I could cry because I am serious this was the best canopy ever. Not sure why the fabric ripped etc but I should have had it down but I didnt see on the weather it was going to storm so I didnt. So anyone has this make sure you take it down if the weather getting crazy. Maybe the rain was that heavy. Anyway I am going to see if I can repair it because

I love our new canopy. It is a great value for the price point. The ventilation features really help keep it from moving around when breezes kick up. The metal frame is taupe and of nice quality so we didnt feel the need to hang the corner drapes. The two-tone nylon shade is stylish and feels sturdy. I (sadly) have to return this umbrella because it' not the right size for me. But I'm writing this review because it' an extremely well made umbrella.It came together easily (two pieces) and tightens easily. Opening it and locking it in place requires minimal effort (I had to ask for help every time I tried opening my last umbrella) and the button to adjust the angle of the shade is great, too. It comes with a little carrying case which it actually fits back into, and the material feels very d

The umbrella turn out big and nice. The quality is great. It is easy to set up. I am glad it comes with the base and I really like the beige look. With this umbrella, I and my daughter skin wont turn black and burn outside at the summer. Cant wait for the summer!!!

The sofa frame looks very sturdy. The rattan is a little different with others, seems more durable. As for the cushions, they are very supportive and comfortable. I like it.

Cute conversation piece. Nice and sturdy. Great look and color Cushion purchased at At Home. Pillow covers purchased on Amazon. Rug purchased on Amazon as well. Easy to assemble. Will need another person. And please pay attention to assemble instructions. Try not to tighten will wobble.

The chairs are my favorite part of this purchase. They each come with their own cushions, making them super comfy, and they swivel too! The swivel component allows you to rock yourself back and forth, essentially making it like that of a rocking chair. All in all, great purchase! Love, love, LOVE!

It is very comfortable to sit on. The design is very beautiful. There is one umbrella hole in the middle of the table surface, I can put the umbrella in when it is super hot. This is one really nice set patio chairs and table.

I purchased this for only $320 after coupon savings and free shipping. I figured the reviews were decent and I need something small and functional. Well, I am ecstatic about the purchase. The weave is very tight and when put together it looks great. Though it is comfortable, the material of the pillow is rough to the touch. Wish they were softer, but that is probably due to them being waterproof.I was dreading putting it together because many reviewers complained about it being difficult and tak

I put this together myself. And was easy. Feels sturdy and it has a nice finish. What I like is the umbrella hole at top for an umbrella. It is light to carry.
This table is well made and engineered for consumer assembly. My only issue with the table is the top, part of it collects water when it rains. It would have been better if the table top design allowed water to filter through like most other outdoor tables. Using a leaf blower after a rain is my solution. This table also has a 2 umbrella pole hole and does not include a hole cover. Finally, the table is more of a bronze/brown than a brown/black as described. Otherwise, a solid cast aluminum tab
